Why is weight loss so hard......I HATE PCOS!

I feel sooooo down....i just want to have sucksess in weight loss....must pray to the diet gods that i have a loss next week...

BLOODY PERIODS..........

I feel like crying... 0.5ibs off...i know its off which is fab...bloody period..im so pissed off...doesnt help that im tired...ive had such a busy week.

I need to stay strong now....but its hard.

Morning all, WI day today....i so hope ive lost that 3ibs.....if i havent it ok...I do feel realy nervous...how silly!?!

God im tired, its been a buzy week...im so tired 5clients over 3day, thankfully its only reflexology...but it takes time for your mind to switch off.

Mikes off from tomorrow for 3days...so looking forward to that..it'll be so nice...hopefully his sister will have the baby so i can go cuddle her...god im brody...lol...no more babys for me.

weigh in tomorrow....

I got my weigh in tomorrow...i would love to have lost 3ibs so then im back in the 18stones, ive been good with my diet...done exercise...walked back and fore to school....I bough Just dance i havent been able to have much of a play on that because ive been busy with clients. My mates coming over tomorrow afternoon so we can have a play LOL
